Forestry and farmland have always been valuable — and almost impossible for individuals to own with transparency. Forests VC originates and operates the estates; forests.market supplies the technology, so ownership, data and value are tied to one specific, living asset.
One tree = one asset
Instead of a share of an opaque pool, each tropical hardwood tree is its own asset — identified, geolocated and appraised individually, and represented by a dynamic token that carries its record over time.
Value you can verify
A tree's value reflects its real attributes — species, diameter, height, health and location — measured through digital monitoring, reporting & verification (dMRV) rather than self-reported estimates.

The operating company issues the pre-sale security and receives the proceeds; a separate per-estate series — formed and capitalized by it — issues the tokens once the estate is established. Two securities, two issuers.

What a token is

Where do the formation and governance records live?
Each parcel sits inside its own dedicated purpose entity. Formation and governance records are available in the data room before you complete any step.
How is the offering structured?
The offering is a private placement, available only to invited participants who complete the eligibility steps in the wizard — not a public listing.
Can I resell my trees?
Securities offered are restricted securities subject to the resale limitations of Rule 144 and the offering's own transfer restrictions; no secondary market exists for them and none is expected to develop.
Answers are published from the admin content workspace. An item marked Pending approval is visible here in preview only — it cannot publish while a counsel-review hold is active.
